- The 10,800 square-foot building officially opened on September 16, 2015.
- The residence is comprised of eight modules each containing four bedrooms plus kitchen and living space.
- A key component is a community area where scholars can meet for seminars, academic discussions and social events.
- Two 35 ft x 60 ft horizontal geothermal fields reduce the building’s energy consumption.
