The University of British Columbia (UBC) is a leading international research university home to more than 800 postdoctoral fellows. it is a comprehensive university providing internationally recognized expertise and facilities in most areas of scientific endeavor including dairy cattle reproduction, welfare and behavior.
The excellence of the Dairy Centre’s recently developed experimental animal and laboratoy research facilities is recognized internationally. The Centre has a large research herd that can provide sufficient numbers of experimental animals at a given physiological age to met most research requirements. These features support a vibrant critcal mass of students, post doctoral fellows, staff, visiting scientists and faculty.
The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is establishing an office to serve as a resource for post doctoral fellows at UBC.
